Jacketed kettle is a food processing product made by welding technology. It has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of materials, controllable heating temperature, beautiful appearance, convenient installation and operation, safety and reliability, etc., and is widely used in restaurants and central kitchens for cooking, brine cooking, meat stew, porridge, etc., to improve food production efficiency and ensure food safety.The jacketed kettle can be heated in three ways.

 

1.steam heating: a certain steam source is used as a heat source, and the steam is heated into the jacket of the sandwich pot to heat the materials in the sandwich pot. Advantages: The steam sandwich pot has the advantages of fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, large heating area, uniform heating, easy to control heating temperature, short boiling time and so on.

2.electric heating: is the electric heating as the heat source, is the electric heating tube to heat the thermal oil in the sandwich, through the heat of the thermal oil in the sandwich to heat the material. Advantages: electric heating has a large heating area, uniform heating, heating temperature is easy to control.

3.gas heating: refers to the use of natural gas, liquid gas and other fuel heating, in the use of gas sandwich pot need to open the gas valve, ignite the gas, with the heat of fuel combustion to heat the material. Advantages: Gas sandwich boiler has the characteristics of low energy consumption and fast efficiency.
