* Z-type bucket elevator can realize the horizontal - vertical - horizontal combination conveying,can be used for packaging machine packaging machine feeding, color sorting machine feeding, automatic weighing batching system of multi-point feeding.This machine is widely used in food,chemical,agriculture and chemicals industry especially for fragile material such as potato  chips,cookies,peanuts,american almonds,pistachio,candy,popcorn,animal feed etc.

* The bucket is made of food grade PP material,which can tolerate the high and low temperature.
* The bucket elevator can supply good solutions not only for single discharge but also for multi-discharge.
Advantage

1. Wide lifting range: Z-type bucket elevator can lift general powdery and small granular materials, and can also lift materials with high abrasiveness.
2. Large lifting capacity: horizontal length 1.2 meters to 40 meters, vertical height 1.5 meters to 30 meters, can be designed according to customer site.
3. Multi-point unloading: single-point or multi-point automatic unloading is possible, suitable for feeding multiple silos in a row.

1.Hoppers are densely arranged
The whole machine shell is sealed, which is not easy to spill materials and reduces the dust caused by material leakage during operation.

No adjustment is required after one installation, and a constant tension force can be maintained, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the machine and avoiding slipping or chain derailment.

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?
A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
